ORDER FULFILLMENT

Orders are processed and fulfilled daily with the exception of weekends and public holidays.

Orders are usually shipped within 2-5 business days (Mon-Fri). Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email reflecting that your order has been shipped. Tracking numbers for packages that are not sent in batch shipments will come with tracking numbers.

Due to having various warehouses, some products might come in different packages.

Changes to your order may only be made within 24 hours of purchase. Once processing has begun, we cannot make changes.Please double check shipping addresses BEFORE CHECKING OUT! Once your item(s) is shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.

DELIVERY TIME

United States, Australia, UK, Canada

All shoes ship with FREE Expedited Shipping and arrive in 7-10 Business Days. All other items ship with FREE Standard Shipping and arrive in 10-20 business days. 

All Other Countries

All shoes ship with FREE International Shipping and arrive in 7-12 Business Days.  All other items ship with FREE Standard Shipping and arrive in 10-25 business days.

Please note that orders might get delayed for the following reasons:

- Billing and shipping addresses are not the same.

- High season 

- Order is pending a credit approval and verification.

- An order which requires customization.

- An order is shipped to remote country.

If a tracking number reads "Delivered" we are NOT responsible for stolen packages.

Returns

Everything purchased on this website is non-refundable and FINAL SALE. We will only process returns and/or refunds in the event that you receive a damaged item or your order gets lost in the mail. We also DO NOT accept returns or exchanges due to sizing issues. Please check the sizing chart before making selections. If you have further sizing questions, contact us BEFORE purchase for clarifications.
